Now this ahs got to be the most sophisticated mirror ever spent my money on, and though it may sound biased, yes, the investment's worth it. been using this for three or four weeks now and so far I haven't had any problem with it (except perhaps for the price). All features worked well and I must admit that I was worried that it may be damaged during transportation, but it was nicely packaged and arrived in excellent condition. Still, one of those things that are nice to have, and I wouldn't suggest getting one unless you really want to. If you're having second thoughts, maybe an ordinary mirror will do.
