We bought this shower panel a couple of months ago, and though it was working great for most of the time, we did have some issue with the hose on the handheld shower. Just a few days ago, it finally gave in. We remembered that there was a warranty on all parts for a year, and so we contacted them and they sent us the replacement. It took a while before it came though, but we're still happy that it did.

The long delivery time is certainly frustrating especially since we wanted the bathroom to be done as fast as possible. The delayed delivery held the construction back by a week which was a bummer.

This shower panel would have been beautiful had it not been for those long scratches on the surface. They're not very deep, and they're not obvious enough to draw attention. You won't even see them at first glance. However, I do know that they're there, so that kind of has an impact on me already. I don't know how they got there in the first place, I mean they're already there when we opened the box. Must be something with the packaging and the delivery or something.
