wrong finish February 15, 2021 Reviewer: Aiden from Chicago   I had ordered the gold finish faucet but what was shipped to me was the ORB finish. I was very let down as the it does not blend with my other bathroom  fixtures. I called bathselect customer service and they did exchange it for me but was a hassle to go through all that. Sent two back November 29, 2017 Reviewer: Eunice from California   I ordered 6 of this for the lavatories and I had to send 2 of them back for replacement because of some issues with the sensor. Works great November 19, 2016 Reviewer: Samantha from South Dakota   the first time that we've had sensor faucets installed in the spa, and so far we really like how it works. The sensors are sensitive enough - not too weak or too strong - and we haven't heard any complaints about it yet. Aside from that, it looks really great in the lavatories.
