Friendly service but set not great August 26, 2022 Reviewer: Angelina Perkins   Got this delivered a week after ordering, liked how it looked but was a pain to install. Spoke to bath select who were very helpful and friendly, finally got it installed and not overly impressed, looks a bit tacky and doesn't have great power. Slow shipping January 19, 2020 Reviewer: Sharon from Vermont   I was very disappointed with the slow shipping. I don't know what happened and all they could tell me was that it should be on the way already. Well, the slow shipping and poor customer service will definitely have a huge impact as to whether I'll be buying from them again or not. About the shower set,  good and works well and everything is exactly as described in the product details. Nice shower set August 30, 2016 Reviewer: Andrew from Richmond   This shower set is great for its price.  on a limited budget - of course I wanted a great shower set, but all I really needed was a shower head and a handheld shower, and this works very well for my needs.
