Really surprised how nice this was! October 30, 2019 Reviewer: Amelie Benson from Lincoln   Really surprised how nice this was. Excellent value. Don't hesitate to pick this up. Will report back if the finish wears prematurely. Should have baught this years ago, no more standing next to a wall taking a shower. Only drawback is... now I take longer showers!! No leaks September 18, 2019 Reviewer: John from Parma   We recently got a rain style shower head. It leaked at the top when installed on the previous shower arm. It was also shorter so it held the shower head at too much of an angle. This made the water go in my ears or up my nose. My husband is a plumber and  the replacement shower arm that he picked out to purchase. (This was purchased, on our own and at full price.) He installed it and we have had no issues with any leaking. I like the way it holds the shower head, straight, not angled. The body of it is made of stainless steel. I like that it came neatly packaged with a flange and Plumber's tape. It was simple to install and required no special tools. We have had no issues with leaks and it is very sturdy. It doesn't wobble around with the pressure of the water. It came in excellent quality and condition. Second, the customer service is more that impressive.
