We moved into a new apartment complex and the shower head was at my shoulder. exactly what we needed! It was relatively easy to install, my contractor boyfriend did it without complaint so I don't know how easy but it wasn't difficult.

So far so good! exactly as expected. I was ALMOST afraid that the threading wouldn't fit, but that was mostly due to previous reviewers' comments and the thick layer of plumbers tape I put on it. THANK YOU to reviewer(s?) who gave instructions to tighten with a wrench, because I TOTALLY would have used the neck, it is a perfectly shaped handle/lever after all... and there was no writing in the package specifically warning against hand tightening that way.I really appreciate the washer that comes in the flange plate, helps hold it in place plus the waterproofing....

Works perfectly .. I am 6â€2 and the shower head would reach my forehead .. with this I got extra 6-8 inches to make it a perfect shower head for my height

My old shower arm was good, it was high enough at least so there's no problem with that. But when I realized that I wanted the shower to be a bit more higher, I decided that it was time for a replacement, and this one looked perfect for the job. True enough, it added a little more height to our shower, but the height difference made a ton of difference.
