We bought this for our guestroom suite, and we wanted to give our guests a spa-like feel. The finishes are beautiful and appear to be very high quality - beats the price for sure. The handheld has a very nice weight and feel to it. The fittings are brass, and our plumber had no problem installing them. Customer service was great, as well. Our bathroom remodelling took a bit longer than expected, and I lost the installation instructions. I emailed the seller, and they sent a pdf with the instructions to me right away. Overall, we could not be more pleased. We will buy again when we remodel the other bathrooms.
