I am extremely happy with the look of it, the solid feel of all the parts, and the overall quality. The water pressure is fantastic!!...having long, wavy/curly hair, this is really important. It's truly a work of art and adds incredible beauty to our bathroom. I am still even impressed with the way everything was packaged -- each part in it's own soft fabric bag, everything snug in its place, and those white gloves. Extra parts (washers, etc.) even. And I never once heard frustrated mumbles from my plumber during the installation. He still raves about how much he likes it and what a great quality valve it is.
