I was pretty excited to have this installed in the bathroom. I did have to wait an extra few days before this arrived, but I really didn't mind waiting at all. So I guess you could imagine how disappointed I was when they told me that one of the jets wasn't working. We took it down and re-installed it and gave it another try, but the results were the same. That's when I called them up and asked for a replacement. They gladly gave us a new one, but we had to wait again. So much time was wasted in shipping it back and waiting for the replacement, but good that working now or else this would've gotten a lower rating from me.

I ordered a set of 6 jets, delivery went smooth, installation was a little troublesome. But they work great, I love my showers so much more since got them, so I will probably order one more set for the summer house as well.
