We decided to have several of these installed in the bathroom, and so far we're loving them. They really help to improve your shower experience, somewhat like giving you a nice massage while showering. They're not strong though, not sure but that's a water pressure problem. Anyway, we'll have the plumber take a look, but for now, we'll continue to enjoy them.

The body jet is larger in the pic but works pretty well. It feels best when water pressure is strong and has been pretty easy to clean.
